In addition, during the incident in the house were the owner of the apartment, her cousin's cousin. As a result, the victims were immediately hospitalized in the nearest hospital, but the person died during the operation.

In turn, the eyewitnesses of the incident claim that the owner of the apartment owned by her husband's cousin, previously convicted, who lived in the cottage house of a neighboring garden society.

Currently, law enforcement agencies are establishing the cause of the explosion.

Information on the incident is included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, criminal proceedings have been opened for. 264 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Under this article, a penalty is provided in the form of restriction of freedom for up to three years or imprisonment for the same period.
