As a result of the accident, two people were killed. Another person with injuries was taken to the hospital by an ambulance.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region, traffic accident happened on the highway Kyiv-Kovel in Korosten district. Police at the scene found that as a result of the collision of cars Hyundai Elantra and DAF, the driver and passenger of the car were killed.
Rescuers with the help of special tools took the bodies of the dead from the car. Another passenger of the foreign car, which was sitting in the front seat, flew through the windshield to the asphalt. Physicians hospitalized the victim in a medical institution.
At the same time, the truck driver remained unscathed.
