Depo reports. Kharkiv, the verdict to the violator on August 9 was made by the Valkovsky District Court of the Kharkov Region. The defendant undergoes military service under a contract in the military unit A3990 (Poltava) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The court found that on June 21, 2016 at about 1:00 the man, while in a state of intoxication, sat behind the wheel of a VAZ-21013 car.

Moving along Zarechnaya Street in the village of Dobropillya in the Valkovsky District, he failed to manage, drove to the side of the road and drove into a post.

As a result of the accident, the passenger of the car was injured of moderate severity.

The court found the military guilty of committing a crime by h. 1 st. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and appointed him a penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 4 250 UAH without deprivation of the right to drive vehicles.
