Occupants in the Crimea was detained and handed over to the police two citizens of Ukraine, declared the federal wanted list in Russia, the press service of the regional border guard of the FSB.

One of the wanted - a Ukrainian citizen born in 1969 - was detained at the checkpoint "Armyansk". "In the course of checking the passport, the inspector found that on the initiative of the representatives of the investigation from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, in the fall of 2016 the man was declared a federal wanted list," the statement said.. It is specified that the detainee is accused of non-fulfillment of duties of the tax agent.

The second detention took place on the same day at the neighboring checkpoint "Djankoy".

It is reported that the 26-year-old resident of Mariupol was conditionally convicted for committing a number of criminally punishable acts, including for theft, unlawful seizure of a car or other vehicle without the purpose of theft; He was declared a federal wanted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Astrakhan. Currently, for non-observance of the order of serving a sentence, the conditional measure against an alien has been replaced by a real prison term.

After conducting additional verification activities, both detainees were sent to the police for further transfer to the investigators.
