In Serov as a result of a traffic accident a male pedestrian died. As reported in the department for the propagation of the UGIBDD GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, on Monday, August 7, about 23. 00 on the typographic driver Fiat Albea - a young man born in 1998 - moved a pedestrian lying on the roadway.

As a result of the accident, a pedestrian - a man born in 1976 - died of injuries on the scene of an accident.

The driver, who has hit, has a driving experience of only 1 year. During this time, he was already three times brought to administrative responsibility for violation of traffic rules.

Sam 19-year-old driver explained that, moving at a speed of 60-65 km per hour, he noticed an obstacle on the road.

The driver thought it was a black bag with garbage. Having passed another, the driver realized that it was a man, he pressed the brake pedal, but the collision was impossible to avoid. To avoid collision, the driver did not go to the oncoming lane, because there, he said, at that time a passenger car was moving.
