The Investigative Committee was told what really happened today in the Moscow Regional Court.

According to the department, at 13:50 Moscow time, two escorts, a man and a woman, drove five members of the "GTA gang" in an elevator for a meeting. The defendants fought against law enforcement officers and when the elevator reached the third floor, they ran out and started shooting at the Russian guards, who were summoned for reinforcements.

One soldier in a shoot-out was wounded in the shoulder. Three criminals were killed on the spot, two seriously wounded and sent to hospitals. Also, both guards were hospitalized. One of them has asphyxiation. About how they feel until it is reported.

The Investigative Committee instituted three criminal cases under the articles "encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer", "theft or extortion of ammunition and weapons" and "attempts to escape from arrest or from custody".

Public Mash clarified that the injured rogvardeytsem was a riot policeman Mikhail Ananichev and two escorts Mikhail Fartushnyak and Elizaveta Lukyanova - they tried to strangle them.

Earlier, eyewitnesses published the first video from the scene of the incident.
