As reported in the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region, on July 19, about 15. 00 during the roof overhaul, the employees of the contract organization "Armmedstroy" passed through the ceiling slabs. In the course of this leg one of them failed, resulting in a partial collapse of the plaster layer of the ceiling. Only due to the presence in one of the apartments of the plastic ceiling, the child in the apartment was not seriously injured. A small stone fell on him, which did not cause harm to his health.
