Military prosecutor's office of Odessa garrison of South region of Ukraine finished pre-trial investigation and sent to court indictment on h. 2 items. 263 h. 3 items. 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in respect of a soldier-contractor of one of the military units in the Odessa region.

The said person is accused that in March of this year, being at the point of permanent deployment of the military unit, he stole military weapons, which were on record.

In particular, 34 bayonet knives to AK-74 Kalashnikov rifles, 25 of which the enterprising senior lieutenant sold later to a civilian.

In connection with the existence of sufficient evidence of his guilt, the military prosecutor's office of the Odessa garrison reported to a serviceman about suspicion of committing the above-mentioned criminal offenses and the court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of house arrest.

The indictment was sent to the Malinovsky District Court for consideration. Of Odessa. For crimes committed, he faces up to 12 years in prison.
