Three members of the group were detained on July 16 in Vinnitsa. Three more - the operatives of the criminal investigation department were detained later in Kherson and Nikolayev. The issue of the last measure of restraint is being decided. Losses from the activities of criminal groups reach 10 million hryvnia. This was reported in the National Police of Ukraine.

According to law enforcement officers, the criminal group consisted of six participants from 27 to 37 years old. All previously tried for murder, robbery, illegal handling of weapons and theft.

As the operatives found, for the purpose of secrecy, the attackers constantly changed places of residence, phone numbers and cars.

For each of the robberies, the group carefully prepared: for jewelry stores were monitored, studied their work schedule and the availability of security. In addition, in the process of preparation, in order not to raise suspicions and look like "local", the bandits wore the uniform of workers of those enterprises that were located next to the jewelry stores.

Also, the organizer conducted special trainings with his accomplices during which the actions were processed for the case of different developments during the commission of crimes.

Documenting their criminal activities for ten months, criminal investigative investigators of the Kherson, Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv regions were engaged.

On July 16, during a special operation in Vinnitsa, police detained three members of the group. Three more were later detained in Kherson and Nikolayev.
