At the time of the fire, there were more than 80 people in it, the machinist and his assistant. Fortunately, nobody was injured in the incident.

As the press service of the local government told the State Emergency Service, the incident occurred about eight o'clock in the morning at a railway crossing near the village of Boronyava, Khust district. As the rescuers established, diesel fuel burned in the engine compartment of the train.

The department also noted that 65 people left the train on their own, another 15 people were evacuated by the employees of the State Emergency Service.

The fire was disposed of in about an hour. The damaged train was delivered to the Khust station. Movement on the railway completely restored, - explained in the department.
