As a result of the accident, a family of three died. According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Zaporizhzhya region, the accident occurred on an unregulated railway crossing between the Akimovka and Tashchenok stations after one o'clock in the afternoon.

The passenger train №232 with the message Genichesk - Ivano-Frankivsk collided with a passenger car Cherry Kimo. The car, in the cabin of which there were two adults and a child, tried to move through the ruts to a forbidden signal.

As a result, the car received a blow from the electric locomotive in the left side, its body is crushed, but remained horizontally across the rail track.

At the same time the train stretched the car 700 meters and the chances of surviving people in the car did not leave.

There are no visible damages on the locomotive, as are signs of convergence from rails. The passengers of the train also did not suffer.

At present, the railway traffic in this direction is stopped. Workers work at the scene.
