Dubovtseva tried to slow down, which, as he said, was evident from the brake lights on, and the turn signal was not turned on - the Mercedes maneuver was sharp and unexpected. After jumping out of the car after the accident, the girl screamed at her companion, "Arkady, what have you done!".
The lawyer claims that she called the ambulance herself, and left because she was frightened of accusing her of killing a motorcyclist of eyewitnesses of the accident. In addition, someone compassionate turned up, who offered to take the girl from the crime scene.
