Militants bombarded residential areas of Maryinka from prohibited weapons

The Ukrainian side of the SCCC reports continuing fire from the illegal armed groups of the ORDO of civilian settlements along the line of demarcation from weapons prohibited by the Minsk accords, despite the announced truce in the harvest period. This is reported by the press service of the headquarters of the ATU on its Facebook page,.

So, on the night of June 30, during the firing of the positions of the ATU forces in the Marinka area, the residential quarters of the settlement again fell under the fire of militants.

"Near the apartment building down Shevchenko street fell, but did not explode 122 mm artillery shell. On the street Prokofiev in the wall of the house got a 82 mm mine. In the house along Karl Marx street 120 mm the mine damaged the roof.

Fortunately, there are no victims among the local residents, "the headquarters.

The Ukrainian side condemns the actions of illegal armed groups in the field of shelling of settlements, which jeopardizes the life and health of the civilian population.

Also, the headquarters reported that such actions of the "leadership" of the OPDO testify to interest in further aggravation of the conflict, demonstrate reluctance to observe the ceasefire and deliberate non-compliance with the Minsk accords.
