The report says that the group of Belyaevka rescue station "Tovryadvod" was sent to the scene of the incident, consisting of two divers and the chief of the 13th State Fire and Rescue Unit of the State Inspectorate for Emergencies of Ukraine in Odessa Region.

Witnesses told the rescuers that a local resident in 1985. In a state of intoxication went swimming and at a distance of 15 m from the shore disappeared. After an hour of underwater searches, the divers raised the body of the drowned man to the surface.
