The deputy of the Moscow regional council Boris Panchenko was killed in the accident near Kiev.

He noted that the incident occurred in the Belotserkovsky district on the Belaya Tserkov-Volodarka highway at the turn to Pylypcha as a result of a head-on collision and car fire.

"An hour ago, as a result of an accident, a deputy of the Kiev Regional Council, Panchenko Boris Maximovich, died in 1952. As a result of the accident, 3 people were killed and 1 person was injured. Sincerely condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased, "- said Gorgan.
