Militants from the terrorist organization "Donetsk People's Republic" shelled the residential quarter of Berdyanskoye village of Donetsk region.

This is stated in the statement of the Ukrainian side in the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination (SCCC), which was published by the press center of the ATU headquarters in Facebook.

"Today, on June 17, around 6 pm the militants once again fired the residential sector of the Berdyanskoye settlement near Mariupol, using weapons prohibited by the Minsk accords.

As a result of the fire, a fire broke out in an apartment building along Morskaya Street. Fortunately, none of the local residents was hurt, "- said in a statement.

At the moment in Berdyansk, a group of observers of the Ukrainian side SCCC. Information on other consequences of the shelling is being specified.

"Such actions of the NDF ORDO demonstrate the desire for further aggravation of the conflict and frank disregard for the Minsk agreements," summed up the SCPM.
