In the Lower Tour, a six-year-old child got under the wheels of foreign cars, running across the street in an unidentified place. As reported by the press service of the UGIBDD in the Sverdlovsk region, as a result of an accident the child received a fractured hand.
According to the driver of the car Chery, the children suddenly jumped on the roadway because of a car. Despite the emergency braking, the driver still ran into one of the guys. Interestingly, the mother of the children was walking about 300 meters from them and did not see the moment of an accident. According to her, she and children regularly cross the road in this place.
Employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate regarded this as a bad example for children. With respect to the mother, an administrative protocol has been drawn up.
