The Court of Appeal of Kiev from 1 to 4 million hryvnia increased the pledge for the ex-deputy head of the administration of the Ministry of Income in the Kharkov region Tatyana Maslova.
This was reported by the press service of the court.
The court upheld the appeal of the prosecutor's office and quashed the decision of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv on May 25 to elect the former official a preventive measure in the form of 999 thousand hryvnia. Instead, June 13, the court adopted a new decision - to apply to Maslova a deposit of 4 million hryvnia.
At the same time, the panel of judges refused to satisfy the petition of the investigator of the prosecutor's office about the conclusion of the ex-tax agent in custody.
As reported, on May 25 the court dismissed Tatyana Maslova on bail of 1 million hryvnia, refusing the military prosecutor's office to arrest the suspect with the possibility of making a deposit in the amount of 7 million UAH.
Maslova is suspected of creating a criminal organization and abuse of power.
