Prosecutor's Office of Sverdlovsk region has approved the indictment in the criminal case against Ramir Fattakhov. He is accused of committing a crime. "In" h. 2 items. 105 of the Criminal Code (killing a minor, known to the guilty to be in a helpless state).

The tragedy occurred on January 19, 2016 around 9:00.

Fattahov is in a house in one of the villages of Bogdanovichy district together with his three-month-old daughter. The child lay on the couch and cried, than began to irritate his father. Trying to reassure the little girl, he took her by the legs and with a force struck his head on the wooden floor. From the resulting craniocerebral trauma, the girl died.

The criminal case was sent to the Sverdlovsk Regional Court. The sanction of the article provides for punishment up to life imprisonment.
