According to this report - today in Vyshgorod there was a tragedy - an apartment exploded. According to the preliminary data - in the end one person was killed and two were wounded.

Now the wounded were taken to the intensive care unit. The explosion in the apartment boomed on Mazepa Street. On the result of the explosion, glass was smashed throughout the house. The explosion was in the apartment for reasons that were not clear so far - on the fourth floor of the building.
