Serov inter-district investigation department of the Criminal Investigation Department of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region initiated a criminal case against a 43-year-old resident of the city of Krasnoturinsk, who is the director of a commercial organization. He is suspected of providing services intended for children under the age of six who do not meet the safety or health requirements of consumers (n. "B" h. 2 items. 238 of the Criminal Code).

According to investigators, on May 19, 2017, the suspect installed a Disney inflatable trampoline on the Preobrazhenskaya square along Lenina Street in Serov. At the same time he violated the requirements for the installation of the trampoline, provided for by the current regulatory framework. Without regard to weather conditions, the trampoline was secured to nylon threads and ropes that were tied for two benches and three reinforcement pegs. In addition, the entrepreneur did not receive permission to place an inflatable trampoline in the Preobrazhenskaya square from the local administration and did not even apply for him. The merchant did not bother and post information about the rules of using an inflatable trampoline.

On the same day a 4-year-old girl jumped on the trampoline, her mother paid the businessman 150 rubles.
