In the Middle Urals will be operational preventive operation "Attention - children! ". It is organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region. The department expects that this will reduce the number of incidents involving minors, which increase in spring and summer. Campaign "Attention - children! "Will last until June 11.

"The main work will fall on the shoulders of the employees of the departments of the State Traffic Police and their colleagues from the territorial police department.

Representatives of the DPS will have to organize parental meetings in schools to pay special attention to the need for adults to ensure the safe behavior of minors on the roads, "said Valery Gorelykh, the official representative of the MOI of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region.

The promotion will last until June 11. During this period, drivers will be subjected to total checks to identify and suppress violations of the rules of transportation of children.

Note that since the beginning of this year in the Sverdlovsk region recorded 69 accidents, in which 76 children were injured, 5 more were killed.
