The woman suffered severe head injuries. Ambulance took her to the hospital. As reported by the press service of the Office of Road Safety, the incident occurred around noon.

At the crossroads, the truck driver ran into a bicyclist. Doctors who came to the call diagnosed a 49-year-old victim with a closed craniocerebral injury, a brain concussion, a fracture of the skull base, and a state of alcoholic intoxication.

With severe injuries the victim was taken to the intensive care unit of the local hospital.

Police opened on this fact a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Violation of traffic safety rules or the operation of vehicles by a person driving a vehicle, resulting in moderate bodily harm.
