Already on the spot, the traffic police found a VAZ-2107 car, on which there were signs of hacking, and the car itself stood leaning against the wooden garage door. Inspectors of traffic police installed witnesses who described in detail the attacker. At the same time, young people who passed by, noticing something wrong, took pictures of what was happening on the mobile phone.

Literally in 10 minutes not far from the scene the crew of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate detained a man, similar in appearance to the one about which the witnesses. The man was taken to the police department for identification and involvement in the crime.

Already in the police department, a 25-year-old young man explained that when he saw VAZ's "Seven" in a deserted place, he decided to go for a drive. Opening the door, he twisted the wires, and drove off, but since he never got a driving license, he could not manage the control, he drove into the garage, and then just ran away.

It turned out that the man who committed the crime is a resident of the city of Verkhnaya Salda, who does not work anywhere, who has a criminal record for similar crimes. However, about a year ago he was released from prison.

At the moment, with respect to a 25-year-old young man, a criminal case has been initiated under part 1 of Article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Ugon). Shortly before, two more criminal cases were brought against this man under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Theft). The Upper Falcon is also suspected of stealing a mobile phone and a bicycle.
