The incident occurred on the evening of September 7, 2016. The young man was nursed with his young child in the apartment of his ex-wife in a house along Karzhavin Street in Severouralsk. He laid the baby to sleep and himself fell asleep beside him, but soon woke up from the noise behind the wall. Noisy neighbors who at this time had a feast.
