Residents of the city were recommended to stay at home whenever possible, and car owners - to refuse to use personal transport.

Such a heavy snowfall in the republic was not more than half a century. Specialists suggested that sharp frosts at the end of April could threaten the harvest this year. Especially badly got from a bad weather already had time to blossom fruit trees.
