“The police received a message from a mother that teenagers had beaten her 12-year-old daughter in Bila Tserkva.. During the investigation, law enforcement officers found out that the minor’s injuries were caused by three minors – the same age as the victim, 15 and 16-year-old boys,” the press service added..

According to law enforcement officers, when establishing the circumstances of the incident, they found a video of the girl being beaten. Criminal proceedings have been opened regarding the beating of a young child.
