The conversion of funds took place illegally, that is, in fact, all legal procedures were violated. Transactions were not displayed in tax reporting, and there was no identification of clients, as well as the payment of mandatory payments to the Ukrainian state budget. These transactions were carried out through prohibited Russian electronic payment systems.
