Near the spa town of Andermatt (Switzerland), a train collided with the locomotive of the Matterhorn-Gotthard railway. As a result of the accident injured 30 people.

The accident occurred in the mountain town around 11:30. In total there were about 100 passengers on the train. The police do not yet have data on the estimated amount of damage. On-site is the medical personnel who provide assistance to those in need. Railway communication between Andermatt and Gezenhen is temporarily closed.
