Porto officially announced the signing of Mexican striker Santiago Jimenez. The forward joined the Portuguese club Milan on loan with a buyout option.

The rookie of the Dragons is joining the team as number 29. Before moving to Portugal, Jimenez lived in Mexico, the Netherlands and Italy.

The striker resumed his professional career with Cruz Azuli, winning the Mexican Championship, the Regional Cup and other national trophies.. The right channel near Europe appeared after the passage to Feynord.

At the Rotterdam club, the Mexican scored 65 goals, provided 14 assists and helped the team win three trophies. In one season, he set the Eredivisie record for the most goals in a calendar year, surpassing the record of Luis Suarez.
