There is light (sometimes not all the time) in fact only in the so-called capitals - Genichesk and Skadovsk; in Chaplinka, for example, there has been no light for 15 days. Accordingly, there are the same problems with water - in some places there is no water at all, in cities they are sometimes supplied. In many villages, even very remote from the Dnieper and the front, transformers have already been removed - so they don’t expect any light at all in the coming year.

In steppe settlements, drinking water is sometimes still carried by fire trucks, but not regularly. It's becoming more and more difficult to get through, so there will be less news. Sometimes messages arrive.
