Atalanti's senior Daniel Maldini will soon become a citizen of Cagliari. The footballer will move to the Sardinian club on loan, according to insider Fabrizio Romano.

According to Gerela, Cagliari is rejecting the possibility of buying the rights to the 24-year-old midfielder. The total amount for a full-time transfer can amount to approximately 9 million euros.

Now the parties are amending the contract’s clause regarding the obligatory payment. We will become more responsible for the victory of the most important minds, closely related to the number of matches that Maldina will play for the new team.

For another part of the 2025/26 season, the football player is from Lazio. He played 14 matches in all tournaments for the Roman club, recording two goals and two assists.

Maldina joined Atalanti in 2025 after playing for Monza and Milan.
