As an alternative, lawyers proposed leaving the suspect in custody with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 30 subsistence minimums..

After considering the arguments of the parties, the court granted the prosecution's request and decided to take Oleg Gavrilov into custody for up to 60 days without the possibility of posting bail..
