Africa's greatest referee was not allowed to enter the World Cup in the United States, suspected of having ties with militants. In the meantime, the court will not be left penniless - FIFA has shown solidarity and will pay him the tournament fee in full.

The American tale of the 34-river Omar Artan ended without ending. After arriving in Miami on Friday, US Immigration Services contacted. If an official diplomatic passport and an official one-time visa were found, the referees imposed a harsh 11-year supplement, after which the documents were canceled and confirmed at the entrance.

As stated by the US government, the reason for such a crisis was connections with suspected members of terrorist organizations. The officers at the cordon instructed Artan in detail about contacts with the Somali radical al-Shabab groups.
