The village of Zapsilya in the Sumy region is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine despite information on Russian resources about its alleged seizure. The Kursk group of troops reported this on May 26.

“The degree of development of the imagination of the authors of Russian telegram showers never ceases to amaze. We have already debunked fake news about the alleged “liberation” of the settlement of Miropillya in the Sumy region by Russian occupiers. And then a new lie came out about the village of Zapsilla. Same style, same zeal and same nonsense. The communications center of the Kursk group of forces officially and responsibly declares: both of these settlements were and continue to be under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces,” the statement says..

As the military noted, “the fake swamp writers are obviously sad about the lack of success at the front. So they come up with one nonsense after another in order to at least justify their short-lived existence."

Let us remind you that the Ukrainian military denied information about the alleged capture by Russians of the village of Ryasne in the Sumy region.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Armed Forces denied statements by the Russian Ministry of Defense about the alleged seizure of the village of Miropillya in the Sumy region.
