Benfica has a tense situation regarding upcoming head coach Jose Mourinho.
As reported by Diario AS, already from January 26, the sums available for the Portuguese Fahivian increased from 7 to 15 million euros.
According to Dzherel, the current reduced clause applies to the latter, after which any club will have to pay the full amount of compensation. However, Real Madrid will soon lose one of the main contenders for the coach and may try to negotiate with Benfica for less compensation.
Mourinho himself is said to be reacting calmly to the situation and changes, so that he himself may seize the Madrid club from the future.
Over time Benfica's tension increases due to insignificance. The club was not able to directly reach the main stage of the European League, and preparations for the new season actually ended in suspense.
