Who can apply for a housing voucher.

The department explained that IDPs who have the status of combatants or persons with disabilities due to war will be able to apply for a housing voucher with a nominal value of UAH 2 million through the “Diya” application..

At the first stage, only those internally displaced persons who simultaneously meet the following criteria can apply:.

have IDP status;

have the status of a participant in hostilities or a person with a disability due to war (regardless of whether they received it after a full-scale invasion, or during the ATO/JFO, starting in 2014);

have confirmation of a previous place of residence in the temporarily occupied territory, which is reflected in the IDP certificate;

have a current IDP certificate with the address of actual residence in the territory controlled by Ukraine.

The applicant and his family members do not own any other housing in Ukrainian-controlled territory, except in cases of an outstanding mortgage or housing in an active combat zone.

The family did not receive housing support in other programs and there are no valid applications in “єVіdnovlennya”.
