The head coach of the team, Josep Guardiola, cannot invest in Ruben Dias, John Stones and Joshko Guardiola. The Portuguese center back is already recovering from injury, but is not yet ready to play at Stamford Bridge.

Stones also suffers from health problems - the player trains too often through exercise and, most likely, does not play. Guardiola is worried that he will continue his recovery after breaking his leg and is still far from returning to the field.

Thus, Manchester City will have to explore alternative options in defense for the important match against Chelsea, while the team continues to fight for the championship with Arsenal.
