Scottish central player Scott McTominay reached the Italian Napoli in 2024, and at the end of his debut season in Naples he was named Serie A champion in the warehouse of the new club.

Even the Swedish 29-year-old Vikonian has become a key merchant at the Partenopei warehouse, and apparently his activity in the transfer market has increased significantly, even with the period of his hometown Manchester United.

At the same time, the increased interest of other clubs of this long-time leader, and, of course, teams from the possible Saudi Arabia were not deprived of this process.

The rest of the year, the clubs from the PIF fund had little contact with McTominay’s representatives and were proposing a gravely mischievous contract for the transfer of this summer.

However, the Scotsman was convinced of this option and, having indicated priority, would lose Napoli.

The club became aware of this decision of the football player, and to propose a new contract until 2030 with an option to extend for one more season, Scott rejects another clause in the salary shift.

This season, McTominay has 11 goals and four assists in 36 matches.
