Turkish Galatasaray reacted to Liverpool's statement that they used racist images at Ibrahimi Konate after the Champions League match.
A representative of the Istanbul club, Erai Yazgan, sharply criticized the English side, calling them attempting to manipulate information daily.
According to the official’s words, Liverpool have not been punished for the incident, after which the Galatasaray resident Noah Lang recognized serious injuries, and are trying to switch their attention to another topic.
" This is unpleasant. Failure to do so will result in an incident occurring.
While Liverpool is still in business, they are hoping to pay tribute to the statements that, in their words, were formed in social measures before their ruler Ibrahim Konate.
If there is a serious situation that threatens the health of the driver, Liverpool are considering changing the topic. A club like Liverpool is at least to blame for the scandal that took place on their own field and without the consent to bring the necessary compensation.
UEFA has already opened an investigation into the incident, after which Lang recovered from injury. We also contacted them. We can’t lose our hearts like that,” Yazgan told A Spor.
Liverpool previously issued an official statement condemning racist imagery at Konate's address after the match against Galatasaray. Currently, the Turkish side insists that the main team will be deprived of the incident of injury to their football player, which required surgical intervention.
It is expected that UEFA will soon issue an official assessment of the situation after completing the investigation.
