From March 6 to 15, employers of critical infrastructure enterprises must submit applications through the Diya portal for payment of 20 thousand hryvnia to employees who participated in emergency restoration work in February. The employees themselves do not need to submit documents - the lists are generated and transferred by the enterprises, and the funds arrive in their bank accounts by the end of the next month. The next stage of the program starts on March 6 - it is from this day that applications will begin to be accepted for calculating payments for February 2026. Submission of documents will last until March 15 inclusive. State surcharge is provided for employees of critical infrastructure enterprises who were directly involved in the restoration of damaged facilities after Russian shelling. We are talking primarily about employees of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, housing and communal services, JSC " Additional payment can be received by those specialists who, in February 2026, were involved in emergency restoration work at the following facilities:.

It is these teams that often work in extremely difficult conditions - during frosts, in the dark, and sometimes under the threat of new attacks, in order to return basic utilities to people as soon as possible. An important nuance of the program is that the employees themselves do not apply for additional payment. All necessary documents are prepared by employers. It is the enterprises where specialists from emergency recovery teams work that create lists of workers who participated in eliminating the consequences of attacks. After this, these lists are submitted through the state portal Diya. Submission is carried out within a clearly defined period - from the 6th to the 15th of the month following the completion of the work.

That is, now employers submit information specifically for February. In the submitted documents, enterprises note the data of employees, confirm their participation in restoration work and transmit information for further calculation of payments..

After processing submitted applications, the state transfers funds directly to employees. At the same time, there is no need to open new accounts - the money goes to existing bank accounts. Payment is made no later than the end of the month following the month of completion of the work. That is, compensation for February must be transferred before the end of March.
