Martial law and general mobilization continue in Ukraine. Violation of military registration rules may result in a fine from the TCC. First of all, if a fine is imposed, the citizen must receive a written notification by mail indicating the appropriate sanction. At the same time, you can check the information yourself.
In particular, this is possible through the Opendatabot service. The service is paid - for the request you need to pay 99 hryvnia.
Another option is the Diya application. To do this, you need to go to the “Services” section and select the item on measures for fines for violating military registration rules.
You can also check the existence of debt through the Unified Register of Debtors, which displays data on open enforcement proceedings.
In addition, a citizen can personally contact the territorial recruitment and social support center. The TCC will provide official information about the existence of a fine and explain the reason for its imposition.
Let us remind you that volunteers over the age of 60 will also be able to enter into annual contracts for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and receive regular military ranks in a shortened time frame. Contract soldiers have the right to serve in their chosen position for at least six months.
