Daniil Fedyay is from the Dnepropetrovsk region. After graduating from the lyceum, he worked for a certain period as an underground electrician at a mine, and in 2021 he was called up for military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.. Fedya was sent to the Odessa region, where he was at the time of the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine. After demobilization in 2024, he signed a contract and again took up arms in defense of the Motherland.

However, all the horrors of war did not force the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter to close his heart from love. One day he received a message from Alexandra on the TikTok platform, which was the beginning of their romantic story. “Among all the messages there was one – just “Hello”. I thought it was a fake account and didn't respond. But a week later I wrote. When I saw her, it was just a sensation,” the military man recalled.

After a month of communication, the girl came to Daniil Fedya in the Sumy region, ignoring the serious danger. As the defense lawyer admitted, he did not at all expect that Alexandra would decide to take such a bold step, but it was then that he realized: she was really interested in him and this was not just an “affair”.

Later, the military man’s chosen one came to see him several more times in front-line cities, and in just over six months after they met, they saw each other only seven times. But despite this, Fedya did not doubt for a minute his desire to propose to his beloved.

The defender turned to Alexandra: “Thank you for the support you give me. Thanks to you, my combat trips become a little brighter, even with love. And now from me the most important question in all these months that you have been around: will you marry me? Then I heard a joyful: “Yes”.
