The head coach of the Everton team saved the bags for the difficult match with Fulgham (2:1).

A curious episode took place involving Vitaly Mykolenko, which ended with an own goal. David Moes wanted to support the gravel, having voiced the fact that the fault for this ball lies not in the actions of the governor, but in the fatal failure of circumstances.

Commenting on the game, Moes noted that the team was not tired of attacking, and conceding the ball became a result of a ricochet, to which it was important to react.

“I think we didn’t get to Fulgham’s goal very often and missed a close goal. It’s not like he was in trouble - the goalkeeper made a miraculous save, and then the ball jumped to Mikolenko and flew into the right gate,” explained the coach.

Around this episode, a specialist analyzed the final run of the match. In his words, the team showed a great start, but lost its initiative over the years.

“In this case, even though we gave the match a good start, we still allowed our opponent to create one or two goals,” Moes summed up.
