The Czech club Jablonec officially announced the signing of a contract with the Ukrainian defender Eduard Sobol. The 29-year-old footballer joined the team after depriving the French city of Strasbourg for a good year.
For Sobol, this transition is a reversal of the already familiar middle. Vin successfully played for Jablonec in the 2018/19 season on loan from Donetsk Shakhtar. Then the Ukrainian was a key player in the team, helping the team reach the final of the Czech Cup and participate in the European League (scoring 1 goal and giving 3 assists in 27 matches).
The most spectacular performance in the Czech Republic took place on its way to the Belgian Bruges. The remaining fates for the Zaporizhian football player were unforgivable. After moving to Strasbourg, he lost his place in the starting job, and his loan to the Belgian Genk last season did not bring any significant results.
Now Eduard will try to regain his best condition and stable playing practice in the club, where he is well remembered and appreciated. After the first half of the season, the locals are sitting on the third gathering, with 35 points in their asset.
