At the same time, already in the first days it became clear that some of the Ukrainians who submitted applications had not yet received funds, and the Ministry of Social Policy explained the reasons. At the same time, the state transferred almost 1.9 billion hryvnia according to the applications that citizens submitted on the first day of the launch through the Diya application - November 15. These people were the first to receive payments among those who applied online.
