Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko announced this on Telegram on Saturday, November 15. “From today, all citizens of Ukraine located in the country can apply for one-time cash assistance in the amount of 1000 UAH. Parents or guardians submit an application for children,” she wrote. According to Sviridenko, from November 15 you can submit an application in the Diya application. After registration, Ukrainians will receive confirmation that the application has been processed, and the funds will be credited to the National Cashback card. You can apply until December 24, 2025, and use the money until June 30, 2026. Funds can be spent on paying for utilities, purchasing medicines, groceries, books, charitable contributions and postal services. Applications for children are submitted by parents or guardians. Also, from November 18, 1000 hryvnia will automatically be transferred to a special account for all pensioners and recipients of social payments who use the services of Ukrposhta. No additional application required. Ukrainians who receive a pension on a bank card and do not use Diya can personally submit an application at a Ukrposhta branch from November 18 to December 24. These funds can be used until December 25, 2025 - for Ukrainian-made goods sold in Ukrposhta, as well as for postal and other services in branches, including payment of utility bills and transfers to the Defense Forces. Sviridenko recalled that Winter support is an element of a comprehensive initiative that the government is implementing on behalf of the president. It also includes: additional payments of 6,500 UAH for vulnerable categories; free tickets under the \; fixed prices for gas and electricity; housing subsidies; support for residents of frontline regions; VPO assistance during the heating season.
