In Ukraine, the acceptance of applications for “Winter support” started on November 15. It can be issued, including in the Diya application. Applications are accepted until December 24. “From today, apply for Winter support in the Diya application, receive 1,000 UAH from the state and use it for utilities, medicines and donations for defenders and defenders,” explains in Diya.

How to get help: The payment must be used before June 30, 2026. The service is available to all citizens of the state on the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.

The project was developed by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. The participants of the project are JSC " Applications can also be submitted to Ukrposhta. Please note: payment is not provided in cash. Funds are transferred exclusively to the “National Cashback” card (when issued through Diyu) and a special account (through “Ukrposhta”).
