The National Cashback program launched in Ukraine last fall.. As part of the program, Ukrainians can receive financial compensation in the amount of 10% of the cost of purchased Ukrainian-made goods. The press service of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture announced the start of payments under the National Cashback program for August 2025.

The department noted that participants in the National Cashback program will receive UAH 509 million from the state.

" The amount of payments is almost one and a half times more compared to last year: August 2024 - UAH 342 million, August 2025 - UAH 509 million,"

The Ministry of Economy added that in August, Ukrainians purchased domestically produced goods worth almost UAH 5.1 billion. More than 3.6 million buyers supported domestic producers, making their contribution to the development of the country’s economy.

The department noted that more than 1,860 companies in various industries have already joined the National Cashback: from the food industry to pharmaceuticals, light industry and the book market.

In total, in 2025, about UAH 4 billion in cashback have already been paid to customers as part of the National Cashback program.

How to join the National Cashback program.

The Ministry of Economy explained that cashback of 10% is awarded for the purchase of about 400,000 Ukrainian-made consumer goods registered in the program.

“For cashback to be credited, these products must be purchased at retail outlets that participate in the program. You can check the product using a barcode scanner in the Diya application or on the Made in Ukraine website,” the message says..

To participate in the “National Cashback” program, you must register in the “Diya” application, where you can select one of the 20 banks participating in the program and open a “National Cashback” card in it.. When registering a card, you must agree to process transactions, and after opening, check in “Dii” whether the card is selected correctly.
