Cities, sea and horizon: An exhibition by Anton Logov opened in the Sofia of Kiev National Reserve

In Kyiv, in the exhibition halls of the first floor of the Khlebnya National Reserve " The exhibition brings together about 70 works created over the past three years, most of which are dedicated to Kyiv and Odessa. A ZN photojournalist visited the exhibition. UA Vasily Artyushenko.

In the project, the artist reflects his own emotional states and memories of his hometowns through images of color, sky, sea and urban environment.

According to the artist, the landscapes in his paintings only hint at specific places.

In the exhibition you can also see Kyiv at night, which the artist depicts during his return from the workshop during air raids.. In the paintings, a huge city freezes to the sound of a siren, and the bright windows of the houses leave a feeling of hope for the next day. Odessa also often appears in the artist’s works, forming images that inspire the author.
